- Bonding screen into faceplate assembly – permanently
- Using liquid adhesive sealant
- Applied prior to final product assembly

Prerequisite Step
The faceplate needs to be removed (see right) prior to any of the following steps taking place. Detach the screen cables (see below)
Step 1
- Remove cap from sealant and install into generic 310ml applicable cartridge applicator gun.
Step 2
- Using existing double sided adhesive tape. Ensure screen is positioned correctly and installed.
- If you have already used the installed double-sided tape. Ensure the screen is placed on a soft surface – to free screen from damage – whilst under sealant applicator operation.
Step 3
- Using the sealant – apply a bead [see illustration] to the underside of the screen.
- This will create full peripheral coverage.
